如果說天空存在的意義是為了攀登，那麼，創意存在的意義一定是為了——超越。

基於潮菜的現代創意料理，“潮跃”餐廳講述的是關於超越傳統的靈感與創意。潮汕的根在海洋，海洋孕育了潮汕，潮菜的靈魂就在於海洋裏的生命湧動。尊重自然、傳承傳統、超越自我，是“潮跃”的核心理念。

If the meaning of the sky's existence lies in climbing, then the essence of creativity must be about surpassing. Based on modern creative cuisine inspired by Teochew cuisine, "CHAOYUE" restaurant tells the story of inspiration and creativity that transcend tradition. The roots of Teochew culture lie in the ocean, where life in the sea nurture Teochew culture, and the essence of Teochew cuisine lies in the vitality of the ocean. Respecting nature, inheriting tradition, and surpassing oneself are the core concepts of "CHAOYUE" .

空間既是理念的體驗載體，也是理念的藝術表達。我們在空間裏掀起了一場“浪潮”，一片延綿不盡、浮想聯翩的白色海洋。“一生三，三生萬物”，從“一”出發，從空間與時間的維度衍生出海洋深處的無限想像，跃動著、呼吸著、繁衍著，“浪潮”敘說的是關於這無垠海洋裏的生命湧動。

"WAVE"

Space serves as both the carrier of ideas and the artistic expression of ideas. We have stirred up a "WAVE" in the space, a boundless and imaginative white ocean. "From one comes three, from three come everything." Starting from "one," we derive infinite imagination from the dimensions of space and time, pulsating, breathing, and proliferating. "WAVE" narrates the vitality of life in this boundless ocean.

藝術源於自然，自然富於靈感，靈感歸於空間，空間肆於藝術。“浪潮”以一連串游離、翻湧、激蕩的浪花，浮現在目光所到之處，以超現實的尺度感，使客人遊走其中，聯想到一種在海洋裏自由漂浮時的包裹感、湧動感和鬆弛感，這時候，人是人，也可以是萬物。

Art originates from nature, nature is full of inspiration, inspiration returns to space, and space blooms freely due to art. With a series of free-floating, surging, and swirling waves, "WAVE" emerges wherever the eyes reach. With a surreal sense of scale, guests wander within it, evoking a sense of freedom, movement, and relaxation as if floating freely in the ocean. At this moment, one can be oneself, but also everything.

大隱隱於市，空間因此展開。位於廣州核心休閒商圈的一個隱蔽入口，徐徐打開的感應移門背後，一塊精挑細選的礁石確定了一場體驗的開始，客人被瞬間捲入奇妙的“浪潮”當中。大廳有2組連接開放廚房的弧形吧臺，可以觀賞到廚師們的專注工作，且便於廚師和客人的交流，5組相對獨立的圓餐桌散落其間，幽深處還藏有2處獨立包間。傳統意義的“牆”已被消解，“浪潮”自然形成若干既專屬又舒適的就餐空間，各個空間彼此又有機串聯，讓客人行走的每一刻，盡是體驗關於空間與藝術有機交融的流暢感和神秘感。客人與美食、空間、藝術彼此融為一體，共同參與這一場獨特的FineDining創意體驗。

The space unfolds discreetly within a secluded entrance in the core leisure district of Guangzhou. Behind the gently opening sensor doors, a carefully selected reef marks the beginning of an enchanting experience, instantly immersing guests in the marvelous "WAVE". The main hall features two curved bars connected to open kitchens, allowing guests to observe chefs' focused work, and facilitate communication between chefs and guests. Five groups of relatively independent round dining tables are scattered around, while two private dining rooms are tucked away in the depths. The traditional notion of "walls" has been dissolved, naturally forming several exclusive and comfortable dining spaces within the "WAVE", each interconnected, creating a seamless and mysterious experience of the fusion of space and art. Guests, food, space, and art blend into one, participating together in this unique Fine Dining creative experience.

空間的主體是一座大型的金屬藝術裝置，“浪潮”在色彩上汲取海鹽的白皙，觸感上提煉浪花的細冷，肌理上疊加海魚的鱗彩，造型上展現海浪自由無常的力量與美感，漲潮、退潮、微波、暗湧、跳跃、翻卷、扭動、激蕩、消散、汇聚??從靜態到動態、又回歸靜態，孕育著自然界的無限生命力與創造力。一座肆意幻化的空間藝術，“浪潮”表達的是這種看似循環重複，又瞬息萬變的過程，就像“潮跃”對傳統潮菜一次次沒有終點的傳承與超越。

The centerpiece of the space is a large metal art installation. "WAVE" draws upon the pristine whiteness of sea salt in color, the delicate coldness of waves in texture, and overlay the rainbow from fish scales. The shape embodies the free and unpredictable power and beauty of the waves — rising, falling, rippling, surging, jumping, rolling, twisting, churning, dissolving, gathering... From static to dynamic, and back to static, it nurtures the infinite vitality and creativity of nature. A space art that evokes imagination, "WAVE" expresses the seemingly cyclical but ever-changing process, much like the continuous inheritance and transcendence of "CHAOYUE" towards traditional Teochew cuisine.

“浪潮”藝術裝置由 Rhino 建模設計和反復測試，最終由743根鋁管構成主體的造型，有最短30cm到最長355cm的不同長度、不同方向，需要形成絲絲分明的鬆弛感，且兼顧輕盈與牢靠，所有構件工廠預製，現場安裝。要實現造型、結構、造價的完美平衡，天花的隱蔽工程設計是關鍵。首先，所有構件選用鋁材以減輕自重；第二，爭取最大的天花高度，結構方案使用上下兩段式的垂直固定方式，一段隱藏在天花內部，一段外露成為S型天花燈槽，暖通與照明系統設計依次進行；第三，733根鋁管選取抗彎性更好的扁方鋁管型材，根據數字模型全手工焊接成L型的扁平構件，減低運輸成本；最後，現場組裝環節，每一根鋁管根據S型天花燈槽的點位有序排列，與預埋件逐一實現單獨懸吊，視覺上反重力式的藝術裝置，以杠杆原理實現了足夠的安全系數。

Challenges

The "WAVE" art installation was designed and tested repeatedly using Rhino software. It consists of 743 aluminum tubes ranging from 35cm to 350cm in length, each positioned in various directions to create a relaxed feeling while ensuring both lightweight and stability. All components were prefabricated in factories and assembled on-site. Achieving a perfect balance between form, structure, and cost, the concealed engineering design of the ceiling was crucial. First, aluminum was chosen to reduce weight. Second, maximum ceiling height was pursued, and a two-part vertical fixing method was employed, with one part hidden inside the ceiling and the other exposed as an S-shaped ceiling light trough, the design of HVAC and lighting systems is based on this. Third, 733 aluminum tubes were manually welded into L-shaped flat components using square aluminum profiles with better bending resistance, reducing transportation costs. Finally, during on-site assembly, each aluminum tube was arranged in sequence according to the points of the S-shaped ceiling light trough, individually suspended from embedded parts, creating a visually anti-gravity art installation and ensuring sufficient safety margin through leverage principles.

色彩

海洋的顏色不是只有接近天空的皓白，也不是只有沉入海底的黢黑，穿梭無垠的海洋之間還有那生機勃勃的鱗彩，“海魚家族”的色彩美得不盡相同。同樣是大自然的饋贈，大理石的礦物質中也有這種永不褪色的色彩，特意選用一種具有光澤的礦物肌理漆，主體空間鋪設以灰色，定制的幾種鱗彩色被分別點綴在空間的某處，在不知不覺中被發現，在美食美酒的迷醉之間一晃而過，像那捉摸不定的大海與收穫。

Colors

The color of the ocean is not just the pristine white near the sky or the deep black sinking to the seabed, among the boundless ocean, there are also vibrant scales. Marble minerals possess these unfading colors, and glossy mineral texture paint was intentionally chosen. The main space is laid out in gray, with custom-made scale colors subtly scattered throughout the space, discovered unconsciously amidst the intoxicating enjoyment of food and wine, much like the elusive sea and its bounty.
